About the role

The Scouts have an ambition to grow and provide skills for life to more and more young people and adults.

A key ingredient to our growth is the provision of a fantastic programme, past experience shows us where there is good programme, there are more young people (and adults too!)

An exciting way we can provide programme is via the Duke of Edinburgh (DofE)  Scheme.

What we’re looking for

Norfolk Scouts has an opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic volunteer to take the role of County Duke of Edinburgh Adviser

As County DoE Adviser you will be responsible for developing and leading the team of District Advisers  in order to support Districts run a training programme across the County.

You will be a key member of the County Team who are responsible for the strategic operation of our local organisation.
