Local Training Manager

We have vacancies for Local Training Managers supporting East Norfolk District and North East Norfolk District.

The Local Training Manager assists the County Training Manager in managing the training and learning process in a given area of responsibility.

You are an organised, pragmatic, people person who wants to make a difference to the welcome and onboarding process of new adults or adults who have changed role in Scouting?

Do you have a passion for learning and a helpful coordinating nature to support our brilliant volunteers understand their learning requirements?

Could you support a team of Training Advisers to ensure ongoing support and training validation?

Can you help us make a difference to Training in Norfolk and the volunteer journey?
