The Local Training Manager assists the County Training Manager in managing the training and learning process in a given area of responsibility.
Are you an organised, pragmatic, people person who wants to make a difference to the welcome and on-boarding process of new adults or adults who have changed role in Scouting?
Do you have a passion for learning and a helpful coordinating nature to support our brilliant volunteers understand their learning requirements?
Could you support a team of Training Advisers to ensure ongoing support and training validation?
Can you help us make a difference to Training in Norfolk and the volunteer journey?
