As you may know, Norfolk Scouts Trading Post operates an account service for local Scouting and Guiding groups.
This is provided free of charge as a support service to enable the easy provision of essential resources such as uniform and badges. Your Treasurer will receive a detailed monthly statement around the start of each month.
Our account holders find this a very useful facility, saving busy leaders & supporters the time and energy involved in claiming back money from the Group Treasurer.
There are only a few obligations on the users of this facility.
Norfolk Scouts Tradingpost requires;
• Current details of the Group Treasurer, where e-mail account is sent.
• Details of who can use the account.
• Prompt payment of the ‘amount due’ as detailed on the statement.
