County Training Manager

We’re looking to to build out our learning and development team

It’s important that we invest in the training of our adult volunteers, we owe it to them in return for the precious gift of their time and energy committed giving young people skills for life.
Over time our training scheme has grown and we have introduced new and important additional learning, our County Plan has also highlighted areas that we need to further to develop to continue improving the volunteer journey.

We have had an opportunity to review how we provide direction to Learning and Development in Norfolk.
We’ve created four new roles that will work as a team to take our learning provision from good to great.
