Beaver Christingle

On Friday 2nd December, 1st Long Stratton Beavers and 1st Tasburgh Beavers joined together for a joint Christingle Service in Long Stratton Methodist Church. The Beavers started by completing wordsearches and then made their Christingles. We then had Steve from St Mary's Church lead our service. The Beavers learnt all about what the different parts of the Christingle represent. They really enjoyed the songs which were new to them but with Steve playing the guitar we soon learnt them! We raised £25 in our collection for 'The Children's Society'.
