Time is passing and over 60 Packs have replied to take part. Congratulations to 1 st Rural (Roughton Mill) from North East Norfolk District, who were first on our doormat.

All who have registered will now have had our Email Receipt, and the next set of forms required from all Participants.

So we can start working on them, PLEASE send them to us as soon as you have the bulk of them returned to you.

Still getting your information together? Not really a problem but it will soon be. You need the second set of forms as soon as you can.

Who goes where ,on which Sub-camp, and the suggested country from that area you may like to represent, and of course use in your programmes before camp; are now being worked on. These will be posted on the web and also sent to you as soon as possible and hopefully within the next few days,

Many of you may know that the camp dress - ’T’ Shirts etc - may only be ordered on line. It is therefore important that all contingents have appointed someone with this facility to act for them. Make sure we know in Admin who it is.

Retail will only act on the information we give them. We have helped them this weekend to tweak their system (they needed non-geek input) and we must say we found it very simple, clear and effective.

You will not have to do anything until retail send you an Email and this will not be till early February.

Keep the registrations falling though the letterbox, and even if we have to stay up all night, we will take the young cubs who finds they can now attend.
