South West Norfolk District:
The District includes 14 Groups, situated in
Ashill, Brandon, Downham Market, Feltwell,
Great Hockham, East Harling, RAF Marham,
Methwold, Mundford, Runcton Holme,
Swaffham, Thetford, Watton & Wereham.
There are also 3 Explorer Units situated in
Thetford, RAF Marham & Downham Market.
The District also has its own campsite, which
can be booked by any Youth based
organisation, situated at Two-Mile Bottom
The campsite operates the following activities, canoeing, climbing, abseiling and archery all at a
cost of £30 per 2-hour session including all equipment and authorised and trained instructors.
With a current membership of over 600 (adults and young people) Scouting is strong and is growing. The programs put on each week is challenging and enjoyable.
