#stayhome2020

You will no doubt be aware that the coronavirus situation continues to develop around the world.

The Prime Minister has announced that everyone in the UK should avoid non-essential travel and contact with others. The safety of everyone involved in Scouts, both young people and adults, is our number one priority. That is always at the heart of our decision making. Given this new guidance, we have suspended all face-to-face Scout meetings, activities and events for the time being.

Our County Office at Eaton Vale is closed. Our contact details during this time are 07383 009356 or hq@norfolkscouts.org.uk

Our shop, the Trading Post is also closed at this time. The UK Scout Shop continues to trade for Scouting essentials.

Scouting however goes on… at home!

With many Scout Groups now using technology to “meet” with their young people during lockdown Teo, a member of the County Media Team, has written a PoP to help.

Our amazing volunteers and resilient young people are finding ways to meet online or take part in Scout activities as individuals.
