In this edition
Thank you to the members of Central Norfolk, Northern Norwich and South West Norfolk who attended our Conference over the weekend.
This was a really constructive use of time planning for development and growth in your Districts.
We have a vacancy for a District Commissioner to lead Scouting in South West Norfolk district. A search group has been formed to find all those adults interested in this volunteer role.
A DC vacancy pack, that includes a nomination form is available on the County Website. Deadline for nominations is 5 February 2017.
Our Programme Team have devised a set of challenges focusing on Recruitment, Growth, Community and Shouting about Scouting.
These optional challenges can add an extra element to your programmes.
We are pleased to welcome Simon Lonsdale to the County Training team who joins us as Local Training Manager for Central Norfolk.
Simon has many years Scouting and training experience.

Sainsbury’s are running their Active Kids initiative again this year, this is an opportunity for Scout Groups to collect vouchers from parents, relatives and friends to exchange for equipment.
