An introduction to our Communication Guidelines.
We should no longer consider our communications as either internal or external but instead “to members” or “to potential members”.
A friendly, welcoming style will make members want to digest the communications and make potential members feel they would be valued if they join.
To help, the County Commissioner has provided guidance to define how we communicate using electronic media within Norfolk Scouts to enhance existing Scout Association advice and guidelines relating to communications.
Whilst this guidance does not constitute policy, it should be seen as best practice as the standard to which we communicate.
