Preparing Better Futures in Norfolk

The next stage of creating our plan for Norfolk Scouts is about to take place

This weekend (27/28 January) nearly ninety members of the County team and representatives from Groups and Districts selected by their District Commissioner, will be taking part in our Annual Conference at Great Yarmouth.

The Conference has three aims:

  • To decide our key ambitions and goals of the Norfolk Scouts strategy and plan for the next few years, with a strong focus on UK Scouting’s vision to 2023.
  • Participants will get to meet new people and catch up with old flames from across Norfolk, with some quality time to work together, interact and network.
  • Provide a chance to celebrate super Scouting in Norfolk.

The Conference marks the third stage of our broad consultation and agreement of Norfolk Scouts’ priorities for the next few years.

Previous stages have included a survey to members and our County Team Day in October, more details can be found here.

Please keep an eye on Social Media and our website for some updates during the weekend.
