The County Scout Shooting Competition was organised and delivered by the County Shooting Active Support Unit.
This was held at the 1st Taverham Scout HQ on Saturday 6 October 2018 when 13 teams from 8 Districts took part.
The scouts, in teams of 4, shot in four disciplines – rifle standing, rifle kneeling, rifle prone and pistols.
Following a very close competition, Paul Williams, Assistant County Commissioner (Scouts) made the presentations. The trophy for the highest combined score of the day was awarded to Felix Lorenzen from Eastern Norwich and the winning shots in each of the 4 disciplines also received trophies in recognition of their performance.
The result of the team competition was:
1st Northern Norwich 1 1298 points
2nd Eastern Norwich 1 1211 points
3rd Southern Norwich 1 1135 points
